Birth Doula Support

• • One to two prenatal visits between 20 to 36 weeks, each an hour long. During these, we will talk through your birth desires, establish a creation of your birth vision, discuss your options and touch upon comfort measures. We will also go through a list of decisions that you will make after baby is born. I will be there to help answer any questions you may have about your upcoming birthing journey.

• • Unlimited email, phone and texting support throughout pregnancy where we can continue to discuss your visions, hopes, fears, or to answer any questions that may arise during your pregnancy.

• • On call availability for your birth three weeks before your due date up until your baby is born. A backup doula will be present if any unforeseen circumstance should arise and I cannot attend your labor and birth.

• • Uninterrupted and continuous physical and emotional support during active labor, birth and continuing up to 2 hours after birth.

• • One follow up postpartum visit in your home around one week after baby is born to check-in and reflect upon your birth journey. Two weeks of ongoing texting support postpartum.
    
    

Becoming a mother is one of the most transformative experiences in a woman’s life - how you feel and how informed you are makes a difference. As a doula, I am passionate about how I nurture and help support these sacred moments. From growing new life, to your birth of baby, and the intimacy of postpartum, my hope is to help you to feel heard, cared for, confident, and empowered during your journey.  

I believe in trusting in your own body and advocating for your ability to choose the things that feel right for you. I hope to encourage you to feel empowered during your birth by helping to research and provide you evidence based information, advocating for you and your birth desires, and providing physical and emotional support. My goal is to help guide you to trust your intuition and to embrace your power and authority over your own body.

Being your doula means I have the honor of helping to hold the sacred space of your birth. I will be here to walk beside you as your birth sister throughout your entire journey.
